EzeePaks Privacy Policy:

All information submitted to EzeePaks either by email/fax or phone is held in the strictest confidence and will not be sold or shared with any other company or our affiliates.

Shipping & Handling:

All orders are shipped via UPS. No other shipping method is accepted by the Institutions. Each individual order is charged a $3.00 shipping & handling fee. Deliveries will reach the intended institution within 10 days of order placement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Substitutions are not permitted. EzeePaks will make every effort to ship your order complete. A refund will be issued if an item is out of stock. All refunds are processed within 30 days of the order placement.

Important: Orders returned to EzeePaks due to an inmate error or refusal by institution will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
