A: Ezee Paks will let you know when you place your order if an item is not allowed at the prison you are ordering for.

A: The inmate should have that information or you can get the information from the prison

Q: What are your shipping and handling charges?
A: Due to the high cost of fuel, Ezee Paks charges a fee of $3.00

Q: What happens if the person I am sending my order to changes privilege groups and is no longer allowed to receive a package?
A: The package will be returned to Ezee Paks and a refund will be issued to you within 30 days of the return. Please check this information before placing the order.

Q: What happens if more than one person orders a package for an inmate?
A: Inmates are only allowed 1 package per period. If more than one person places an order for an inmate, the first package received at the prison will be given to the inmate. The other will be returned.

A: Ezee Paks accepts institution checks, personal checks, money orders and select credit cards

A: The state of California has a weight limit of 30lbs for packages

Q: What happens if I order an item and it is out of stock or discontinued?
A: Ezee Paks will make every effort to let you know if an item is out of stock. If stock shortages do occur, the State does no allow Ezee Paks to substitute or back order items.
